DESCRIPTION:Play bridge with the locals at their island Bridge Club in Greece\, sample octopus\, sip Retsina\, laugh\, swim\, shop\, relax\, play bridge again! \n \nJoin a group of lively young Australian ladies and bridge lovers in a two week 4 star holiday in Greece starting in Athens\, visiting 3 islands and ending on the heavenly island of Crete. Staying in lovely hotels and a small villa with epic views of the Aegean you will visit the historic islands of Aegina and car-free Spetses and end with 4 nights on the island of Crete. \nEach day you will play bridge with your companions in the most idyllic of surroundings with round tables supplied. You will have much free time to explore as well as partake of some fully guided excursions to local wonders and sights. \nVisit the ancient city of Knossos where King Minos imprisoned the minotaur\, visit Spinalonga the plague island in Victoria Hyslop’s biographical novel\, stroll through pedestrian only Spetses\, visit the ancient city of Heraklion\, and see grand seaside mansions through to 3\,000 year old clifftop temples. \nIf you LOVE playing bridge\, want to meet some new friends and play with some passionate local Greek players too then this tour is for you. \nStarts in Athens at our hotel on May 24 and ends in Heraklion Crete after breakfast on June 5 in 2019. \nThis tour is escorted with local guides.
